求助如何制作动图图文

真心和诸位大佬请教，如何制作动图图文，最近这种图文解说的帖子很火，小弟很是心动，想要制作一篇。但是截取GIF动图之后插入Word就不动了，转成网页文件也不会动，我几千字的解说文案都白写了……
恳请哪位大神指点一二，是我的方法不对，还是需要相应的软件，小弟拜谢
