[求医问药] 人到中年怎么办

我今年也45岁,同样有生活、工作中的压力。总体性生活还比较和谐,基本上每周两次,两周出去偷一次腥。自我感觉,首先调节心态,不要把工作生活的情绪带入性生活,把性生活看做一种心情放松的调和剂。其次是锻炼,慢跑游泳都行,增加肺活量,增强持久力。深蹲必不可少,可以调高硬度,增强自信心和和谐度。最后一定注意睡眠,休息好一切都好。
