我今年也45岁，同样有生活、工作中的压力。总体性生活还比较和谐，基本上每周两次，两周出去偷一次腥。自我感觉，首先调节心态，不要把工作生活的情绪带入性生活，把性生活看做一种心情放松的调和剂。其次是锻炼，慢跑游泳都行，增加肺活量，增强持久力。深蹲必不可少，可以调高硬度，增强自信心和和谐度。最后一定注意睡眠，休息好一切都好。
