不用代理上不了

这些天每次登陆都是“对不起，您的 IP 地址不在被允许的范围内，或您的账号被禁用，无法访问本论坛。”请问怎么解决，我的账号一切正常，用的是学校的ip，重启路由什么的根本无法做到，除非我能够接近网络机房。跪谢！
